On today’s episode we decided to let our young guests try a little bit of one our favorites from Brazil!

This coffee is dried using the “honey”method, also known as the pulped natural, which makes the coffee beans look like a honey comb, giving the coffee a sweeter taste and lightness.

The producer of this coffee is called Pé de Breu, which is in remembrance of a tree, Breu, very popular in Brazil in certain regions.

Name: Pé de Breu – Honey Abelhas

Region: Caparaó – Minas Gerais, Brazil

Type: Arábica

Notes: Sweet, Brown Sugar, Caramel, Sugar Cane, Pomegranate

Score: 8.0! We love the lightness of this coffee and how easy it is to drink it either in the morning or in the afternoon. For those who are starting their journey in the specialty coffee world, this is a great choice!
