This week's guest is a man of many hats, Dr. Tudor Francu! Anesthesiologist, multifamily syndicator, sommelier, and beekeeper! He's living proof that where there's a will, there's a way. Starting as a young immigrant from communist Romania, he worked tirelessly to build his own empire, which now includes two medical practices and over 5000 units in his portfolio.
After reaching his dreams of being a successful physician, Tudor yearned for something more. One book that has changed many lives, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," changed his, too. He met Robert Kiyosaki in person, a meeting that launched his interest in real estate investing. While starting with single-family homes and at one point self-managing 30 houses, he has since moved his real estate investments entirely into multifamily properties.
